The name Ginza came from the words gin means “silver” and za means “guild”. Ginza is the most glamorous shopping district in Tokyo and one of the best known around the world. Best to visit the place on weekend afternoons because the street is closed to automobile traffic. The place becomes a stylish pedestrian promenade. Shinjuku Gyoen

Shinjuku Gyoen is one of the largest and most popular parks in Tokyo- a top-rate scenic spot. The spacious lawns, the meandering walk path, and beautiful scenery provide a relaxing escape from the busy city.  A large park with fine gardens and 20,000 trees. And it lies on the edge of the Shinjuku urban jungle covering nature, city, and people.

Mode Gakuen Cocoon Tower- A Top-Rated Scenic Spot

A facility located in the NIshi-Shinjuku district in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan.   The building is home to three educational institutions. The first is the Tokyo Mode Gakuen (fashion vocational school). The second is HAL Tokyo (special technology and design college). Last is the Shuto Iko (medical college). Mode Gakuen Cocoon Tower is the world’s second-tallest school building. Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building

Located in Shinjuku and it consists of three complex structures. The tallest is the Tokyo Metropolitan Main Building 1, a 48 stories tall that splits into two sections on the 33rd floor. It had been the tallest building in Tokyo until it was taken over by Midtown Tower in 2007. Tokyo Skytree

The tallest structure in Japan by a wide margin with observation decks at 350 and 450 meters. Tokyo Skytree is completely glass-covered. Golden Gai

Golden Gai is the area of small bars in Shinjuku. Many have three or four seats. Golden Gai is very popular with its nightlife. As a result, photographers aren’t very popular in the area. That is to say, some bar owners in the area are somewhat impatient with tourists with cameras. Golden Gai is one of those not-so-secret spots. Tagged as a bar-hopping site. In addition to this, a walking tour is advised.

 

 

Meiji Shrine

The best photos in the area are usually from within the bars themselves. The Shrine’s environment attracts some characters including well-known writers, actors, politicians, and artists.

Meiji Shrine becomes a life happening in Tokyo. The Shrine is the city’s busiest venue for festivals, events, rituals, and other ceremonies such as weddings. The grounds and shrine are eye-catching. The events are often intriguing. Meiji-Shrine is a shrine dedicated to the deified spirits of Emperor Meiji and his consort, Empress Shoken. It is one of the most popular shrines in Japan. Located at the entrance is a souvenir shop. On the other hand, admission here is also free. 

 

Omotesando

Omotesando is a posh shopping neighborhood and one of the centers of Japan’s fashion industry. Like Ginza, the streets here shine with light. Feels magical.  Lined with a multitude of fashion stores. It has many buildings designed by superstar Japanese architects. It is also considered the heart of modern architecture. Every piece of its’ architecture is outstanding.

 

Odaiba

Odaiba is a large artificial island in Tokyo Bay. The government has spent enormous sums of money building it up and linking it with infrastructure over the years.  Odaiba is now essentially an entertainment and shopping island. Odaiba’s area affords a good view of Tokyo Bay and Rainbow Bridge.

Hama-Rikyu Gardens 

Hamarikyu Gardens is a large Edo-era Japanese garden located beside Shiodome (one of Tokyo’s largest business districts). It’s well known amongst local photographers. The gardens are designed to be a different color in every season. The buildings of Shiodome loom behind the garden. The traditionally styled garden stands in contrast to the skyscraper. Hama-Rikyu is also considered one of the Top-rated scenic spots in Tokyo. It has a very attractive scenario in any season.

Yurakucho is an old part of Tokyo that hasn’t changed much for the last 70 years. The district lies one stop south of Tokyo Station along the JR Yamanote Line.
